Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design effective solutions, and manage multiple projects, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation while managing project plans and communicating status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functions
