Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business goals, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective talent development solutions, and may work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions based on adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
