Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects, conduct needs analysis, and design effective learning solutions while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and consult on development strategies
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate diverse learning experiences that align with business objectives and apply adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
