Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects, conduct needs analysis, and design evidence-based learning solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, either from an office location or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and development strategies
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects from analysis through implementation while documenting and communicating project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
