Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective learning solutions that align with business objectives, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to consult on development strategies and talent needs
• Conduct needs analysis and design, develop, and implement a variety of learning experiences and solutions
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
