Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and enhance workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis to implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to identify talent development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Design and implement various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and communicating progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
