Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis to evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning solutions, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, creating project plans and coordinating activities across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
