Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, and may work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with proven performance improvement outcomes
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
