Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational talent development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis to evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, creating project plans and coordinating activities across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development solutions
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery of learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
