Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting progress while ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
