Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in enhancing workforce capabilities, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design and implement evidence-informed learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-paced experiences
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development solutions
• Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
