Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design evidence-based learning solutions, and may work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design and implement a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
