Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in talent development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from discovery to evaluation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and best practices
• Conduct needs analysis to recommend and develop learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals while documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and recommending performance improvement solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, Microsoft 365 applications, and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
