Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design solutions that enhance organizational performance, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and learner engagement
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences that apply adult learning principles
• Lead projects by creating plans, coordinating activities, and communicating progress to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
