Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders in developing workforce capabilities, the part-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, leveraging instructional design expertise and consulting skills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
