Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support business leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Learning Consultant will identify talent development needs and design impactful learning solutions, managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, and implement various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
