Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Learning Consultant will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs and design effective learning solutions, managing multiple projects remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on development strategies and talent best practices
• Conduct needs analysis to identify challenges and design evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
