Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design effective learning solutions, either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business area leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions based on adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functions
