Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational development, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis through design and implementation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to create effective training solutions, either remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and consult on talent development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with proven project management skills
• Experience in applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual collaboration technologies
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitating discussions with leaders and teams
