Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support talent development initiatives, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions, either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and development strategies
• Conduct needs analysis and design a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead multiple learning projects, coordinating activities and documenting project status to ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
