Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time Learning Consultant will manage learning initiatives from analysis to evaluation, collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement effective talent development solutions, either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify talent development needs
• Conduct needs analysis and design learning solutions that align with strategic business objectives
• Lead multiple learning projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with business leaders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
