Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support
• Partner with client stakeholders to uncover business needs and craft tailored, impactful training solutions
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing impactful training programs
• At least 2 years of experience in the patient hub or healthcare services industry
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and agile learning project management is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them effectively
• Experience in curriculum design, development, and implementation
