Learning Consultant, Technical Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant, Technical & Partner Enablement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive technical training programs, including a T3 (train-the-trainer) program with Distributors
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules for successful project execution
• Create performance support tools and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developing and managing skills and/or technical enablement programs
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with learning management systems and digital credentialing platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
