Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs, technical documentation, and online resources for iBwave products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content accuracy and relevance
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars, acting as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Telecommunications, Education)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless Engineering with a solid understanding of RF engineering concepts and wireless technologies
• Proven experience in developing training programs and technical documentation
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear documentation
• Proficient with Office tools and able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
