A company is looking for a Learning Content Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging self-paced eLearning modules by translating learning design outlines into detailed storyboards and multimedia designs
• Create high-quality learning assets that simplify complex technical concepts and enhance practical understanding
• Ensure content quality and maintain learning materials in accordance with product updates while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing self-paced eLearning for SaaS or enterprise software platforms
• Skilled in transforming technical concepts into engaging eLearning assets using multimedia tools
• Proficiency in eLearning and multimedia tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and user experience (UX) design
• Experience staging and publishing courses in an LMS
