Learning Content Developer

Job Summary

To support the Learning Design team, the remote Learning Content Developer will create and maintain training materials, presentations, and communication content for technology and business initiatives over a 6-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials based on outlines and requirements from the Training Manager
• Create and maintain presentations, user guides, and other learning deliverables while ensuring adherence to branding and design standards
• Update existing training materials for accuracy and relevancy, and draft communications for new system deployments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design support, or technical writing
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and content creation
• Excellent written communication and document formatting abilities
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, or business transformation initiatives preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
