Learning Content Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the Learning Design team, the remote Learning Content Developer will create and maintain training materials, including presentations and user guides, for technology and business initiatives over a 6-month duration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials based on outlines and requirements provided by the Training Manager
• Create and maintain presentations, user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and knowledge base content
• Update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevancy

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design support, technical writing, or related roles
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, and content creation skills
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, or business transformation initiatives preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
