Learning Content Developer

Job Summary

Utilizing project management and instructional design skills, the full-time remote Learning Content Developer will create effective learning solutions, analyze performance needs, and develop innovative training materials to enhance organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply instructional design principles to various educational formats and ensure training materials meet learning objectives
• Analyze performance needs to develop tailored learning content and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Manage and review existing content to maintain relevance and quality, while contributing to new curriculum ideas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 8 years of work-related experience in instructional design and adult learning; master's degree preferred
• 4 years of instructional design experience required
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
