Learning Content Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Content Specialist to support learning and development initiatives in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to assess learning needs and manage content requests
• Organize and maintain learning materials for training programs
• Review and ensure accuracy and quality of learning content and requests

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in training or learning & development
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
