Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Coordinator to support the growth and performance of their Learning & Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits of trainer delivery and adherence to training materials
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires and track training progress
  • Identify training gaps and propose solutions to enhance multi-skill readiness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Education, Human Resources, etc.)
  • 2-3 years of training or learning & development experience, preferably in a warehouse or operations environment
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting
  • Interest in career progression toward a Learning Manager role
