Job Summary
Supporting various training programs, the full-time temporary Learning Delivery Coordinator will manage LMS setup, coordinate onsite workshops, and facilitate virtual training sessions in a remote environment based in Davidson, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate LMS setup, manage participant lists, enrollments, and program schedules for seamless program launches
- Support onsite workshops by coordinating logistics, materials, and facilitator support
- Manage learner communications, including invites, reminders, and inquiries, while maintaining clear correspondence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-3 years' experience in coordination, administration, or training support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
