Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Learning Design & Engagement Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Develop evaluation methodologies to measure program impact and facilitate continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for external resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years in leadership development, learning design, or talent management
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, and program evaluation
• 3+ years of experience leading digital platforms and global program delivery
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
