Learning Design Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Learning Design team, the full-time Learning Design Associate will assist with Canvas LMS administration, course development, and instructional technology in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Canvas LMS course maintenance and instructional technology needs
• Assist in developing and implementing course content, including facilitation guides and media
• Conduct course reviews to enhance the scholar experience and communicate findings across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience developing courses/content within the Canvas LMS
• Experience teaching or supporting instruction in higher education or secondary education
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and instructional design models
• Commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting underserved students
