Learning Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and optimization of the learning ecosystem, the full-time salaried Learning Design Manager will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and individual contributor learning programs while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and continuous improvement of the LMS, ensuring data integrity and user experience
• Lead a team of LMS administrators and instructional designers, overseeing key learning programs such as onboarding
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with enterprise priorities and workforce development goals

Required qualifications

• Progressive experience in Learning & Development, including LMS leadership and program oversight
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs such as onboarding and career pathways
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
