Learning Design Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing coaching practice, the remote Coaching Contract Learning Design and Community Manager will manage the global Coach Community, design learning programs, and ensure effective communication and engagement among coaches.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for coach queries, onboarding, and maintaining accurate records
• Design and coordinate webinars, events, and training programs that foster professional growth within the coach community
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to tailor programs for clients and provide insights based on community feedback

Required qualifications

• Solid corporate learning and development experience, preferably in professional or financial services
• Strong skills in learning program design and development
• Experience with operational and administrative tasks, including record-keeping and scheduling
• Background in startup, consulting, or freelance environments
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
