Learning Design Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Design Manager will create instructional content, develop supporting materials, and establish design standards to enhance frontline performance and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles for various programs
• Create a range of performance support materials, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or content development
• Demonstrated experience in designing blended learning solutions for operational environments
• Strong proficiency in developing presentation materials and performance support tools
• Experience with instructional design tools and content authoring platforms
