Job Summary
Responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Design Manager will create instructional content, develop supporting materials, and establish design standards to enhance frontline performance and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles for various programs
- Create a range of performance support materials, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or content development
- Demonstrated experience in designing blended learning solutions for operational environments
- Strong proficiency in developing presentation materials and performance support tools
- Experience with instructional design tools and content authoring platforms
