Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Delivery and Design Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs for associates and clients
Collaborate with subject matter experts and track learner progress
Innovate and apply agile approaches to meet changing business needs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
Experience with eLearning tools such as Captivate and Articulate 360
Proficiency in virtual classroom delivery tools like WebEx
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HCM platforms
A college degree is not required but may be advantageous
