Learning Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Design Specialist to create high-quality e-Learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and establish learning objectives
• Design engaging online learning experiences using various instructional strategies and modalities
• Review and evaluate existing courses, implementing improvements based on feedback and assessment results

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories
• Proficient with e-Learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge in finance, data analysis, and related fields is an asset
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
