Match instructional strategies to expected learning outcomes and identify necessary skills for learner success
Create advanced online learning solutions using Canvas and common authoring tools

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead design projects and develop learning programs
Experience in creating formative and summative feedback activities
Highly experienced with teaching and development tools, effective Competency-Based Learning, and artificial intelligence in learning
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members and approach work through an innovative mindset
Service mindset focused on ensuring learner success
