Key Responsibilities

• Define learning objectives and develop course outlines, content, and instructor guides for online training programs
• Manage the content development process from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning experiences and provide guidance on best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role
• Experience in designing corporate training for AI and related technical topics
• Expertise in creating courses for both synchronous and asynchronous online learning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Data-driven and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit
