Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer to create engaging online learning experiences focused on AI and data skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define learning objectives, create course outlines, and develop content and instructor guides for online training programs
• Manage content development from inception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client needs into curriculum requirements and provide guidance on online learning design best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role
• Experience in designing corporate training for AI and related technical topics
• Expertise in creating courses for both synchronous and asynchronous online learning
• Data-driven and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
