Learning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer responsible for the design and development of online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online courses in alignment with institutional standards and utilize AI-assisted tools for course material development
• Assist in training and mentoring other Learning Designers and contribute to quality assurance practices for online courses
• Review and update existing online courses to maintain quality and alignment with institutional standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
• Experience designing online courses or instructional materials in higher education
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably Moodle
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and Universal Design for Learning
• Basic knowledge of HTML editing
