Learning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead learning initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, and execution while collaborating with various teams to understand customer needs
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, applying adult learning principles and modern design standards
• Own the evaluation strategy for learning solutions by defining success measures and iteratively improving based on feedback and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing adult learning solutions for software products
• Strong expertise in learning design methodologies, including evaluation techniques
• Proven ability to lead learning initiatives from scope to delivery
• Advanced skills in modern learning authoring and visual design tools
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and customer-facing teams to deliver effective learning recommendations
