Learning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager, Academic Design to create learning plans and prototypes
• Analyze user behavior from previous product editions to make informed recommendations
• Maintain cross-project documents and apply quality learning standards to products

Required Qualifications

• Educational degree or professional certification in instructional design or learning design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ELL or ESL educational products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dedication to continuous professional improvement and learning
• Teaching experience in ELL or ESL is preferred
