Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Designer to support the design and development of hybrid and online courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty to design and develop instructional content and assessments aligned with course objectives
- Provide training and support to faculty on course design and learning management systems
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of instructional content and analyze course data for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 1-7 years of relevant work experience in instructional design or online course development
- Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
- Demonstrated knowledge of research-based instructional strategies
- Experience with multimedia development and web-based environments
