Job Summary

To shape the future of digital learning, the full-time remote Learning Designer will align content and product strategy, diagnose course issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learner-centered courses.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve course issues by implementing learning design improvements aligned with standards and product strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Content, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, learner-centered courses
• Evaluate learning experiences using data to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely course updates

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences
• Strong understanding of Backward Design, pedagogical principles, and learning science
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Master's level education or professional training in education, instructional design, or related fields preferred
