Learning Designer

Job Summary

Applying the ADDIE instructional design model, the contract Learning Designer will analyze content, design learning solutions, and create e-learning courses and virtual instructor-led courses while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Applies the ADDIE instructional design model to develop effective learning solutions
• Creates e-learning and virtual instructor-led courses from source content and storyboards
• Utilizes collaboration tools to communicate with teammates and adheres to established timelines

Required qualifications

• 5 years of instructional design or related training/learning experience
• Proficiency with standard instructional design tools, including Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Camtasia for video editing and production
