Learning Designer
Job Summary
To enhance client solutions, the full-time Learning Designer will develop and implement engaging learning experiences remotely for a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Design and create innovative learning materials and programs tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning solutions through feedback and analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development
- Familiarity with learning management systems and authoring tools
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
