Job Summary

To enhance client learning experiences, the full-time Learning Designer will develop and implement engaging educational content remotely across various Canadian provinces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create interactive learning materials tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Evaluate and refine learning programs based on feedback and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital content creation tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
