Job Summary
To enhance learning initiatives, the full-time Learning Designer - Canada Licensed will develop and implement educational programs remotely across various provinces including Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia on a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning materials and curricula tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and analytics
Required qualifications:
- Valid Learning Designer license in Canada
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in e-learning software and learning management systems
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
